Ladies Fitness Class

A relaxed, welcoming fitness class for women of all ages & fitness levels. Whether you're brand new to movement or looking for a way to stay active, this is your space.

Each week we start with a fun, aerobic warm-up to get your body moving, followed by a mix of Pilates and functional strength exercises. You'll be guided by a physiotherapist with progressions and regressions to suit your individual needs.
